We use different rates for the shipping costs of your order within the Netherlands, depending on the total order amount and volume/length/pallet freight of the item in question.
Given the complexity of calculating these shipping costs, they will eventually be made known to you in the Shopping Cart.
Once your order has been processed, the delivery time is on average 2 working days.
Track your shipment:
Once your order is ready, it will be packed and sent to the delivery address you specified. It is possible to receive a track code, which you can request via firstname.lastname@example.org
Not at home on delivery or not in the opportunity to pick up
Delivery address: If you do not think you will be at home at the delivery times, please let us know at which address the package can be delivered by the carrier. Then choose a different delivery/delivery address when placing the order.
We ship the orders via different carriers.
Transport companies only deliver on weekdays.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, one carrier will try to deliver the package to, for example, the neighbors or the driver will put a card in the bus. By means of this card, you are requested to contact us within 3 days to agree on a new delivery date. If you do not respond within 3 days, the shipment will be returned. The costs for return shipment or 2nd delivery will be passed on to the customer.
We make every effort to fulfill your order to your satisfaction. If you still want to cancel your order or 1 of your purchases within an order, you can do so within 14 days after purchase. This is the so-called reflection period. This period starts on the day the package is received by or on behalf of you. You can use our return procedure for returns.
